3、 It is strictly prohibited to frequently start the sludge pump, and the backup pump should be operated at least once a week.
4、 After each maintenance (especially rewiring), it is necessary to confirm that the direction of rotation of the electric motor is consistent with the specified direction of the pump before starting the vehicle.
5、 Check the mud pump for any abnormal noise or vibration during each shift.
6、 If the mud pump makes abnormal noise during operation, the pump should be stopped immediately, the backup pump should be used, and maintenance should be reported at the same time.
